Information for EEATS Supervisor Applicants

If you wish to become a Supervisor for EEATS then you must complete the online application and submit the following:-

1.  A brief CV and evidence (including the amount of hours completed for each topic) of supervision/CPD.  You should also provide a reference from your supervisor. This should be submitted to:-
